about jacques's spider sense going off; the dusk stone in the walls blocks out psychic powers, but i'd like to think that even with them disabled jacques can sense that *something* is wrong (since he has psychic as a move), even if it's only a tiny inkling! so yeah, hope it doesn't seem too deus ex machina
